We will be having a Halloween party and trick or treating in our neighborhood next week. The little one talked about wanting a mermaid and cowgirl costume after seeing them from a Toy Kingdom catalog. I just have to say no because she already has two costumes she can possibly wear for the Halloween.

This is the first costume. I call it pink fairy princess costume. I made the tutu using soft tulle. The top was bought from SM, but I personalized it by putting a pink ribbon. The pink leggings is from SM too. Both the wings and crown were bought from Toy Kingdom. Lastly, the flower wand was given to her as a gift on her 3rd birthday.

Now, this is the second costume she can possibly wear for trick or treating-- the red Minnie Mouse costume. The tutu and headband were again given as gifts for her 3rd birthday. Thanks to Sis Maritess of Charlotte Victoria Collection. The black tights and top were bought from SM as usual. And again, I embellished the top by adding a black ribbon.
Which one do you think looks better? Do you already have a Halloween costume for your kid? Where did you get it?

oh, Askim! you are so pretty....ehhehe..my gosh, super ganda sis...both of them actually...so cute!
oooh i like this post. i'll share the pics in my own blog of my daughter's costumes for the past 3 years..
2008: Belly Dancer
2009: Little Red Ridinghood
2010: Flapper Girl
This year she wants to come as a Fairy Princess or as Angelina Ballerina. Tell Askim to come as Minnie Mouse. Not as common as Fairy Princess
I like both. Your little princess is so pretty! I love her smile in the first photo while looking at the wand.
ready na talaga si Askim for trick or treating...Akesha is going to be a cowgirl this year...she got the costume for free...so no need to buy na...super mahal kaya nang costume...lol!
thanks sa visit sis...yung pink cupcake, nako ready mix lang yon sis...strawberry flavor....I don't like making it from scratch kasi it takes forever to make it...mura lang din nman kasi yung ready mix...ehehhe!
have a great week!
I know I'm late but I like the pink one. It's more whimsical, which is more appropriate for a little girl this halloween.
