Blogger's Day on Parentin.TV's 2nd Anniversary

In celebration of ParenTIN.TV's 2nd anniversary, Miss Chrstine "Tintin" Bersola - Babao invited us, the blogging mommies, to a Blogger’s Day last September 10, 2011. The venue was Eastwood Richmonde Hotel in Libis and more or less 30 blogging mommies attended.

Before the program, we first feasted on a buffet of delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts that Chef Bienvendo B. Chavez prepared.
Most moms chose to pick up some green salads, others tried hummus and pita. Too much food to memorize, lovely dishes that tickled our taste buds that day. Thanks Chef Bienvendo!

The program began and Miss Tintin Bersola - Babao herself, hosted the event. She gave us some good news regarding ParenTIN. TV and here they are.
1) New Episodes - They will be showing new episodes at www.parentin.tv and via Knowledge Channel, Sky Cable Channel 42. The schedule of airing is below.

3) Xmas Booth Promo - This project gives a chance to mompreneurs (entrepreneur moms) out there an opportunity to win a free booth at The Grand International Importers And Exporters Christmas Bazaar which will run for 10 days beginning 11-11-11. The program went on. Miss Tintin announced the winner of the Toddler Photo Contest. In the picture, she's together with Mommy Dang and daughter Harrich Jean, one of the winners. Harrich Jean received a gift pack from Ainon and a very cute Robby Rabbit bag.

And the raffle time! I was lucky enough to win the raffle and receive a pink Robby Rabbit bag for my daughter. Mommy Gigi and Bedalyn also won.
One of the best parts of the program was to hear a lecture from Miss Vanessa Garon of Values School and Nazareth Formation House. She talked about internet addiction and aggressive behavior with the help of two of their students (not in the photo). One of them made us cry, hearing her personal experience and how did she deal with her addiction.
Mrs. Zonito Torevillas - Tamase's turn. She talked about eating healthy and alkalinity. She also showed us how to make a very yummy fruit shake, no sugar and milk added, just ice, slices of fruits, and malunggay (moringa) powder.
Lastly, Smart Steps products were introduced. They have baby laundry detergents and fabric softener that are proven mild and safe. Will create a separate post on this later.

It was a fun fun event. I learned a lot from the talks. I enjoyed the food and ambiance of the hotel. I was able to win a prize at the raffle. I took home a Fold & Go matress, some chips from Mrs. Zonito Torevillas - Tamase, and baby detergents from Smart Steps. Most of all, I was able to meet and mingle with other blogging mommies that I usually bump with in the world wide web. Yay, there is more to blog about on ParenTIN.TV's 2nd Anniversary so until my next post!
