I used to cook polvoron for myself, but later an aunt in the province opened a home business of candies and sweets like polvoron. Honestly, I tasted several kinds of polvoron in my life. Some are oily. Some are are too sweet. The rest are lacking enough milk. Of all the polvoron out there, homemade or commercial, I can say that these polvoron suit my taste well.
