My Daughter's 2nd Birthday

This is how we celebrated my daughter's second birthday last month. As you know, I prepared a Barbie-themed party for her and invited mostly girls.

After the Happy Birthday Song, my daughter and I blew her Barbie cake, then everybody feasted on noodles or pansit, spaghetti, cocktail sausages, butterscotch and brownies, chicken roast, fruit salad and pizzas (not in the picture). Too bad I forgot to take photos of other details of the party like the Barbie loot bags and the very cute pink Barbie plates.

Here's my daughter, pulling the DIY Barbie pinata that I especially made for the occasion. She liked the confetti a lot that she still played with it even after the guests were all gone.

Here's a solo photo of her holding her first Barbie doll, a gift from an old officemate. That flower thingy to which her left arm rests is the toy laptop that I gave her as a gift. Anyway, thanks to all who participated in my daughter's party. To all who sent gifts and greetings, thank you so much as well. More birthday photos to come later.
