As a student, I loved studying and except for Mathematics, learning was all fun for me. I first attended school at the age of 5. I spent 1 year in kindergarten, 6 years in grade school, 4 years in high school, and 5 years in college plus a little graduate school.
My family didn't have a lot, but I always had enough pens and pads in my bag. I was saving my allowance to buy pink paper stationaries in high school and skipping snack time to get assorted jelly pens and glitter glue in college. Haha.
Maybe it is some kind of regression 'cos I still get excited with tiny notebooks and colorful pens like these. I couldn't stop myself from buying the other week while visiting the nearest bookstore. However, my scrapbooking box is already full, so I am giving them away to one lucky follower/ reader of this blog.

wow cool i love the kitty notebook and ang cute cute ng mga pens haha, i still remember when i was in grade school sis, mahilig din ako sa mga stationary lalo ung staionary na mabango, nag iipon din ako ng baon nun para makabili nun haha, tapos ang saya saya ko pagnabili ko na hehe, tapos pag may crush crush nun sa mga classmates syempre sulatan naman ng mga love letter haha landi ko noh? wow! those pens are cute. I've always love hello kitty (I've even had a pink hello kitty bag when I was in high school) so everything I owned then has hello kitty logo on it including stationary. I remember once I saw this really pink and really cute stationary, my mom won't let me buy it (that was weekend). So the following Monday, after school, I told my mom that I'll be home late for a project so she doesn't have to come pick me up. Truth is I went out and bought that stationary, hid it in my bag and prayed she won't find out. I became a good girl for a month out of guilt though. I really thought she didn't know until recently when she told me about it. *lol*
I love buying pens and notebooks too, especially when I don't need them;)
naku naalala ko tuloy elementary days ko.. nakarelate ako kay sweetmom :)) collection ko din kasi ang stationary tapos mahilig ako magsulat ng letter sa crush ko.. haha
my fav stationary was looney tunes baby taz and shashikibuta..
My favorite stationery: pens - in different colors. I even used to sign my checks in gold and green (inks with shimmer pa ha!).
So cute! I remember when I was in elementary and high school, uso yung exchange ng stationery. I liked the ones with wrong grammar quotes (I think they were translated from Korean) because they had beautiful artwork. I also liked the ones from Papemelroti, the brown stationery, because they looked like they were made from recycled paper (I think they are). I felt that I was doing my share in saving Mother Earth. Ang corny, diba? :P

hey this post kindled my school days out..in india we dont have much colourful stuffs like here in the phillipines, and pink for girls is just getting in to their hearts offlate :) I always love to write with glitter pens, i used to collect almost all colours and save them to write a birthday note to near and dear ones.Miss those days...lucky to have a daughter, i can again enjoy buying these stuffs for her :)

Favorite set of stationery? remember mu yung Tsukuba, yung paper pad na may lightly imprinted Japanese character ... jocks... isang sako ang collection ko nun nung araw di ako kumakain sa recess para makabili nun .. hahahahah!tapos yung iba may scent pa... heheheh.

Oist my giveaway pala d2 Ateh, antagal mo rin wala post ah o matagal lng ako di nakadalaw. Ako din mahilig sa notebook saka ball pen. Actually my binili na naman akong maliit na notebook noong isang araw, tinatago ko nga sa eyes ni hubby baka kc mapagalitan ako (lol), hindi ko pa kc ngagamit ung binili ko eh ayaw nia ng ganun bili ng bili kahit d gnagamit, kung hindi pa nga nabasa ung isa eh hindi ko gagamitin (haha). Stationary naman, yong mabango na klase bulaklak ang prints. Nabibili sa Leaño Store, mahilig kc makipagpenpal ako noon eh sa mga puti. Hehe, may nabili din na pads yong may mga words of friendship, love or wisdom sa baba. Kung wala pera eh coupon na lang sinusulatan ko sinusunog ang gilid sabay kalat ng pulbo o spray ng pabango....para maging amoy pabango at hindi sunog..hihihi
I remember my first letter set was from a teacher...and it had kitty cats on it...from then on I was hooked on cute stationary sets and pens...Yes, I was just like you, saving money to purchase cute stationary and pens...I even started a pen/pencil collection after my 4th grade teacher awarded me with all sorts of pencils...8)
But I would have to say that my favorite stationary was from Borders...they were the ones with the little monsters on them...and stickers came along...sadly, I gave it to my little sister since she had penpals at the time...

I love stationary papers. I used to collect them when I was in grade school. I wasn't into the scented ones. As long as the stationary paper was colorful and had cute characters, I would buy it regardless if it was scented or not.

I don't have a specific design na kino collect..i remember i used to own stationaries with scents on it and yung maliit na may kasama ng envelopes...I used that to send love letters sa mga crushes ko...hay..those were the days :-)

I'm a stationary lover too! I started collecting way back elementary days - in different sizes, from the colorful, scented, flowery and letter set ones. I sometimes trade pieces of it with my classmates. I have a box full of stationaries. I still have that box which I left at my lola's house :)

About my favorite statio, hmm I love those scented papers.. uso ang loveletters nun mga elementary to highschool so I remember buying statios at Dr. Bob (store near our school), syempre to write back, not only sa mga torpedong admirers pati na sa mga friends at teachers ko nun..

Just like you, I like cutesy stuff and colorful designs. I have assorted pens but they are just the MyGel pen available at national bookstore. As for the stationeries, I have no specific brand, as long as they are cute with a touch of pink, I'll go for it. Since most of the hello kitty pads and scented papers are pink, I randomly pick them when I am confused. Recently I am getting hooked with the Papelmerotti (shocks, did I spell it right? i was in a hurry!) stationaries. So unique and recycled. though they are brown, I can still make it colorful with glitters and cut outs. :)
wow pink is everywhere hehe... I want to join in this hopefully im lucky i want that pens very colorful features that i truely love!!
My favorite stationary is my mickey mouse with a paper shape of micky's head and it has a smell that keeping happy everytime im using it.

my favorite cartoon back at that time was doraemon.. all my stationeries were doraemon.. but my fav stationeries were ERASERS.. each time i saw doraemon's stationeries, I sure bought them or begged my parents to buy them for me.. and until now.. i'm a doraemon collector of stationeries.. although i'll be 24yrs on diz coming october.. so i bet u noe that i'm still a stationeries' addict, isn't it.. hope i can be the lucky one, dear! *wink2
