This is a very interesting kind of pastry. In Turkish cuisine, they call this tea time treat as "kuru pasta". I know, it doesn't look anything like a dish from your regular
Italian menu. The taste is never like fettuccine nor penne, too. As you can see, they're looking similar to cookies, but they taste like a bread-- only healthier because they're made from flour, yogurt, and herbs.

Hubby introduced me to this pastry last weekend. Actually, he's been asking me to bake some "kuru pasta" at home. I was able to find a recipe in English, but I am yet to gather the ingredients. I don't have all the kind of herbs I needed to add flavor to it, so I think he has to wait until the weekend. Um.. we'll see.
