Holy Seat

| Monday, January 18, 2010
I was once introduced to disposable toilet seat covers through The Tyra Banks Show. I wanted to test how comfortable it could be, so I thought of waiting until they become available here in the Philippines.

Well, the waiting ended last weekend when I saw HOLY SEAT* at the nearby supermarket. For P35 (less than a dollar), I got this pack of 10 biodegradable paper toilet seat cover made from 100% wood pulp. I tested one and agreed that it can truly give an added layer of protection. It's very convenient and suitable for people on the go. Yes finally, no more worries of a wet seat cover and messy-feeling-while-sitting-down.

So, why squat if you can sit like a queen?
Pee in peace everyone!

*HOLY SEAT also comes with Handy Spray Toilet Seat Sanitizer. Available at Watson's, Mercury Drug, and other leading stores nationwide.

sounds great, I don't do the squating, I'm from the Netherlands... so no squating... but toiletseats are so nasty, I always clean them thorougly before I sit!

@maritess, nicquee, & yani: yes girls, it is a must-have..

@toothfairy: in the Philippines, i think, only Ayala Malls have comfortable powder rooms.. other public toilets are usually unclean and no supply of toilet papers, so some girls squat.. in my case, i don't squat 'cos i'm always afraid of falling down and breaking my leg or head on the floor.. if i have to go in a public washroom, i have no choice but to pee without any part of my body touching the toilet seat..

@tami: Gogirl is a smart idea! peeing while in a standing position? i wanna try that too :D

such a good thing, would be perfect for me when I'm traveling, I hate the toilets at airports, except in Chicago where they already have plastic on the toilet that changes when a new person comes :)
