The Italian Parade

Have you seen the Fish Parade? If yes, here's another must-see parade. Yes ladies, the Italian Parade!

First in line, we have the Mushroom Bruschetta, minus the olive oil. Mushrooms sautéed in butter with bell pepper, and dried basil. Seasoned with garlic powder and salt. Served on top of sliced Italian bread.



And here is my hubby's another favorite-- the Mac n' Chiz. This is just macaroni bathing in a creamy milk and three-cheese sauce. Served with garlic toast.



This is the yummiest food I served during my daughter's birthday--Baked Mac! See the melted cheese on top? Ahhh.. sarap!!



Last but not the least, we have here Penne with Mushroom & Herbs. Hubby likes it with lots of cheese, so I had to sprinkle them with love.
