The Real "RICE CAKE" Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of ordinary rice flour
1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp baking powder
Procedure:
Beat the eggs until foamy. Add sugar and butter. Beat again until fluffy. Mix flour, baking powder, and milk. Add to te egg mixture. Brush a round baking dish with butter. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center. Remove from the oven. Let cool. Slice and serve.

Ang sarap mo siguro magluto sis karamihan ng pinopost mong food di lang masarap nutritious pa. at ang procedure mo simple lang kaya madaling sundan. pag sinipag ako itatry ko din itong rice cake na ito. :)

Miss ko yung rice cake sa probinsya. Will try this too, at dahil wala akong oven, pwede kaya ito sa frying pan as in parang pan cake lang?
@amor: i suggest you split the dough into four or six, form into balls and flatten each of them in rounded banana leaves then cook the province way.. ^^
