Bitter Gourd with Shrimps

This food can never be everybody's favorite, but if you are a little health-conscious esp. with diabetes, you may consider adding this recipe into your menu.

Ingredients
- 2 small-sized bitter gourd or ampalaya, sliced thinly
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 kl shrimps, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- cooking oil

Cooking Direction:
- Sauté the onion and shrimps in a medium fire.
- Add the ampalaya then cover it for 3 minutes.
- When the vegetable is almost done, add the beaten eggs.
- Season with salt according to taste and serve.

Oh my, I love ampalaya. I haven't tried eating the version with shrimp yet. I think this will be delicious. ^_^

Thanks for the recipe! Bitter gourd is one of my favorite vegetables. I believe dito ko pinaglihi si Jamjam. ;)

Bakit parang ang easy ng steps mo. Siguro sis masarap ka ring magluto. Type ng eldest ko ang ampalaya. Will do this one of these days. Thanks for sharing this. :-)
