And here are the pictures we took up there in Baguio just last weekend during the celebration of the so called Panagbenga Festival:

It was raining during the parade of February 23, but we managed to check those lovely students wearing fancy costumes, dancing, holding baskets of flowers, and playing some local instruments. The parade of floats coated with flowers which was highlight of the festival went off next day. Luckily, it didn't rain a lot and the roads were less dirty. We got pictures taken during the exhibit, not during the parade, though. The Session Road was so congested early in the morning, so we had to stay home and watch TV. We were able to go out after the parade later that day to check the floats on display at the park.
