G.A. Tower 1 taken from MRT Boni and from below
We used to stay in an apartment type building in Makati. It was a 5 storey building with pool, gym, parking spaces, elevator, and chapel. Under one roof, there were beauty salon, spa, internet cafe, and laundry shop. It was near Greenbelt and Glorietta for a maximum of 15 minutes by walk. It was very near Kamayan restaurant, Makati Square, Don Bosco, and Walter Mart Pasong Tamo, too. We stayed in that apartment for one year. The rent was only $250 a month excluding only the water bill, electric bill, and cable. It was a loft-style apartment with a kitchen/ living room and two bathrooms.
We looked for a condo near our work place and at last we found the thirty-storey G.A. Tower along EDSA in Mandaluyong. The rent costs only $338 including the association dues. The amenities include pools for kids and adults and jacuzzi, park, elevator, parking spaces, internet cafe, day care center, spa, mini-grocery, fast food restaurants, and many more. The area is near a church, market, malls, schools, and offices. G.A. Tower 2 is now under construction and as far as I know, it will be available by June of this year. G.A. There are units for sale and for rent here. The units are usually loft-style. There are one bedroom and two bedroom units all with extensions, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a stock room. G.A. Tower is a very nice place to stay with complete amenities, very accessible, and comes with an exceptional address!
